Undergraduate Student
Jamie Lam is a senior undergraduate student pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering at Oklahoma State University–Tulsa. She is a member of the Simulation to Flight Applied Research (S2FAR) Laboratory, where she works under Dr. Comer’s guidance developing a strong foundation in engineering analysis and applied aerospace research. Jamie is an active member of several honor societies, including Phi Theta Kappa, the Student Conference Leadership Association (SCLA), and the National Society of Leadership and Success (NSLS). She is also one of the founding members of the ASHRAE student chapter at OSU–Tulsa. Her hands-on experience includes assisting in residential construction projects and designing and building custom furniture, reflecting her interest in practical engineering applications. Originally from Hong Kong, Jamie brings a diverse perspective to her work and aspires to contribute to solutions addressing rising global energy demands, with the long-term goal of pursuing a doctoral degree. Outside of academics, her interests include piano, motorsports, fishing, and ice hockey.
